The following page details a number of undergraduate projects completed during my time at the University of Strathclyde; both individual and industrial group projects.
Hand-held Power Tools (click here)
The aim of this project was to design a product or system that will allow construction workers and regular power tool users to carry with them a set of power tools that can be powered from a single battery.
Adrenaline Auto-Injector (click here)
The aim of this project was to design a product that will eliminate the problem of auto-injectors being too difficult to carry. This would encourage users to have their medication with them at all times, decreasing the chances of hospitalization, harmful reaction or even fatality.
Howden's Student Consultency (click here)
An opportunity for a design project surrounding compressor silencers was identified. The aim of this project was to improve not only the silencer effectiveness through research and simulation but to also introduce a new interface which will allow customers and clients to specify their silencer requirements more easily.
The aim of this project was to not only design a new innovative airplane tray table but more specifically to work effectively within a multidisciplinary, global team with different strengths and backgrounds to achieve the same goal.
